Refund Policy

Domain registrations

Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once the domain has been submitted to the .al registry. This is because we incur registry fees immediately upon registration.

We will issue a full refund if: - The registration fails due to a technical error on our side - You request a refund within 24 hours and the domain has not yet been delegated

Subscription plans

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days.

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the plan features (AI searches, API access). Contact billing@aidotal.com with your account email to request a refund.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for: - Domains registered and then no longer wanted - Domains lost to expiry after proper renewal notices were sent - Abuse-related account terminations
